Why we run it this way

ClearPath started as a junk removal business, which means we spent years loading other people's dumpsters before we ever owned one. That is where the pricing came from. We watched customers get quoted a clean number and then billed for fuel, for mileage, for an environmental fee nobody could explain, and for weight they were never warned about. So when we bought the trucks, we built the price the other way round: one flat rate with the disposal already in it, and the overage rate published where you can see it before you book.

We are based in Lathrop, which puts us north of almost everyone we serve rather than south of them. There is no operating sanitary landfill in Clay, Platte, Clinton, DeKalb, Caldwell, Ray or Andrew County, so every load out of the Northland travels down to Courtney Ridge in Sugar Creek. Most haulers pass that mileage back to rural customers as a surcharge. We eat it, and Cameron pays what Gladstone pays.

What you actually get

• The owners answer the phone. Not a call center, not a national booking site that brokers your job out to whoever bids lowest that morning.
• Honest sizing. We will talk you into the smaller container when the smaller container is right. We would rather be right than upsell you.
• Boards under the rails, every time. Driveway placements get protected whether or not you think to ask.
• Weight warned about up front. If your load is the dense kind, you hear it before we deliver, not when the scale ticket comes back.

Sizes and prices

Every price above includes delivery and pickup to any city we serve and 2 tons of disposal. Weight over the allowance is $75 per ton. No fuel surcharge, no travel fee, no environmental fee. We tell you what a job is likely to weigh before you book, not after.
