ClearPath started as a junk removal company, which means we spent years loading other people's dumpsters before we ever owned one. The crew and the truck are still here, and for a lot of jobsite work they are the better answer.
When a crew beats a container
- The pile is already made. Tear-out finished last week and it's been sitting behind the garage ever since. Nothing to stage, just haul it.
- There's nowhere to put a can. Tight infill lot, alley access, an HOA that will call somebody, or a driveway you can't block for a week.
- It's a one-day job. Paying for a 3-day rental to hold two hours of debris is paying for parking.
- Your crew is worth more doing their trade. Framers hauling drywall to a can is the most expensive labor on the site.
- Punch-list day. The odds and ends nobody wants to touch — offcuts, packaging, the old water heater, the cabinet that came in wrong.
When you should rent the can instead
If the job is going to generate debris continuously for days — a full re-roof, a whole kitchen gut, a deck teardown with a crew on it — the container is cheaper and it's not close. Labor is the expensive part of what we do. We will tell you that on the phone, and then quote you the construction dumpster instead. We would rather rent you a can you actually need than sell you a crew you don't.

- Asbestos or anything classed as hazardous
- Medical waste and sharps
No concrete, brick, asphalt or dirt
That is not a weight-limit thing, it is a we-don't-do-that thing — those loads need a different truck and a different disposal stream. If your job has a slab or a driveway in it, call a heavy-debris hauler for that part and us for everything else. We will happily tell you who to call.

- We quote before we drive. You know the price before anyone is standing in your driveway with a truck, which is when quotes get awkward.
- We load it. You don't touch it. Your crew keeps doing the work you're paying them for.
- We broom the area and go. Disposal is in the price.

Frequently asked questions
How is this priced?
By volume — how much room the material takes up in the truck — not by the day. That is how junk removal works everywhere. Text a photo of the pile to 816-750-DUMP and we'll give you a number before we drive out, so there's no awkward conversation in the driveway.
Is it cheaper than renting a dumpster?
For a small pile, usually yes, because you're not paying for a container to sit there. For a big one, the dumpster wins because the expensive part of what we do is labor, not steel. The honest dividing line is roughly whether the crew can load it in an hour or two. Ask us and we'll tell you which way it falls — we'd rather rent you a can than oversell a crew.
Can you do it while we're still working?
Yes. A lot of this is mid-job: the tear-out is done and it's in the way, or the punch list is finished and there's a pile behind the garage nobody wants to deal with. We'll come get it and you keep going.
Do you sweep up?
We broom the area we worked in. We are not a post-construction cleaning company — we don't do final clean, window film, or floors. If that's what you need, you want a janitorial crew, and hiring us for it would waste your money.
Same rules on what you'll take?
Same rules. No concrete, brick, block, dirt or asphalt. No paint, solvents, oils, chemicals, batteries, tires, or appliances with refrigerant still in them.
