| 20 yard | Roof tearoffs, whole-house cleanouts, kitchen and multi-room remodels, larger demolition. Our most popular size. | $375 | $425 | 2 tons |
Every price above includes delivery and pickup to any city we serve and 2 tons of disposal. Weight over the allowance is $75 per ton. No fuel surcharge, no travel fee, no environmental fee. We tell you what a job is likely to weigh before you book, not after.
What drives the price up — and how to avoid it
Volume decides which container you need. Weight decides whether you pay more than the quote. Those are two different things, and mixing them up is the single most common way people end up with a surprise on the invoice.
Light and bulky — furniture, cabinets, brush, drywall offcuts, general household junk — you will fill the box long before you hit 2 tons. Dense and flat — shingles, plaster, tile, wet carpet — you will hit 2 tons with the container half full. If your load is the dense kind, tell us on the phone. We will either recommend the 20 yard or tell you honestly to expect an overage line, and either way you will know before we deliver rather than after we weigh.
What actually fits in each size
The 15 yard handles
- A standard two-car garage cleanout
- An average basement
- One bathroom gut, or a single-room remodel
- Carpet and flooring from a main level
- A residential deck teardown
- Brush, limbs and yard waste
Step up to the 20 yard for
- Roof tearoffs — weight, not volume, is the reason
- A full kitchen remodel
- Whole-house or estate cleanouts
- Garage plus basement in one go
- Outbuilding or shed demolition
- Anything you're genuinely unsure about
Not sure? Describe the pile on the phone or text us a photo. We would rather talk you into the smaller container and be right than sell you the bigger one and watch it go back half empty.

How it works
- Call, text or book online. Tell us what the project is and roughly what's going in. We'll recommend a size rather than upsell one, and quote you a flat price on the spot.
- We deliver to your address. Often same or next day. We set boards under the rails on driveway placements and put the container where you're actually working, not just at the top of the drive.
- Fill it on your schedule. Three days or seven, whichever you booked. Load heavy flat items first and fill the gaps — most people who need a second container filled the first one with air.
- Tell us you're done. Call or text and we'll pick it up. If you're near the weight allowance, say so and we'll talk through the cheapest way to handle it before we haul.
Frequently asked questions
Is the price really flat?
Yes. The number we quote covers delivery, the rental period, pickup and 2 tons of disposal. There is no fuel surcharge, no travel fee, no environmental fee and no charge for setting boards under the container. The only way the invoice changes is if you go over 2 tons, and that is $75 per ton, billed on the scale ticket from the landfill.
What does 2 tons actually look like?
Two tons is 4,000 pounds. A garage or basement full of household junk and furniture almost never reaches it. A single-layer asphalt shingle tearoff on an average house usually lands close to it. Plaster, tile, dirt and concrete get heavy fast. Tell us what you're throwing away and we'll tell you before you book whether you're likely to go over.
Should I book 3 days or 7?
Book 3 if you're doing the work in a weekend and you already have help lined up. Book 7 if you're working evenings, waiting on a contractor, or you've ever underestimated a project before. The $50 difference is a lot cheaper than a second delivery.
Can I keep it longer than 7 days?
Usually. Call before your pickup date and we'll work something out based on what else is booked. Don't wait until the day of — that's when it gets hard.
Do you charge more the further out I live?
No. Liberty pays what Cameron pays. Our yard is in Lathrop and we serve the Northland and north Missouri at one flat rate, which is unusual — most companies add a travel fee once you're past a certain radius.
How do I pay?
We take payment when we deliver. If you go over the weight allowance, we invoice the overage after the load is weighed and send you the scale ticket with it.
