Which size you actually need
For a standard two-car garage, the 15 yard is almost always the right container — it holds roughly five pickup truck loads, which is more than most garages produce even when they look impossible. An average basement is the same story. Step up to the 20 yard when you're doing the garage and the basement together, clearing a whole house, or adding a lot of furniture and old appliances to the pile.
Why weight rarely bites you on this job
Cleanout debris is bulky and light — boxes, furniture, sporting goods, holiday decorations, old lumber, that exercise bike. You will almost always run out of cubic yards before you run out of your 2-ton allowance. That's the opposite of a remodel or a roof, where weight is the binding constraint. It means you can load a cleanout container to the rails without worrying.
A loading order that saves you a size
Break down boxes and furniture before they go in. Put flat, heavy things on the bottom — plywood, doors, table tops, shelving — and fill the gaps with small stuff rather than throwing bulky items in whole. Most people who end up needing a second container filled the first one with air. Load it deliberately and a 15 yard swallows more than you'd expect.
Three days or seven
A garage you're attacking over one weekend is a 3-day rental at $325 — that's the cheaper option and it's often all you need. A basement you're working through in evenings after work is a 7-day at $375. Pick the one that matches how you actually work, not the one that sounds safer.
What we can't take

If you'd rather not touch any of it, a dumpster isn't what you want — you want a crew. - We deliver to your address. Often same or next day. We set boards under the rails on driveway placements and put the container where you're actually working, not just at the top of the drive.
- Fill it on your schedule. Three days or seven, whichever you booked. Load heavy flat items first and fill the gaps — most people who need a second container filled the first one with air.

Will a cleanout go over 2 tons?
Rarely. Household cleanout debris is bulky rather than dense — you'll typically fill the container long before you approach the weight limit. Weight becomes the issue on remodels, roofs and old-house demolition, not garages.
Can you put the dumpster in my driveway?
Yes, and that's where most of these go. We set protective boards under the rails, and our trailer-mounted roll-off is easier on a driveway than a full-size roll-off truck.
Can you take the old fridge or freezer in the garage?
Not with refrigerant still in it. Appliances containing refrigerant need recovery first. Call us and we'll tell you how to handle it — this is a routine problem, not a dealbreaker.
