Every price above includes delivery and pickup anywhere in our service area and 2 tons of disposal. Weight over the allowance is $75 per ton. No fuel surcharge, no travel fee, no environmental fee. We tell you what a job is likely to weigh before you book, not after.

This job runs on a different clock

Estate cleanouts aren't like other cleanouts. You're sorting rather than throwing — deciding what family keeps, what's worth selling, what gets donated, and what's genuinely trash. That takes time, and it takes emotional energy that has nothing to do with cubic yards. We've done enough of these to know that a container sitting in the driveway for a week while a family works through a house is normal, not a delay.

Which size, and why you might want two pulls

For a full house, the 20 yard is the usual starting point — $375 for 3 days or $425 for 7, with 2 tons included. But a lot of estate jobs work better as two separate containers a week or two apart: one for the obvious trash, then a second once the family has been through everything and made decisions. That sequencing costs a little more than one pull and saves a great deal of regret.

Donation and resale first

Before it goes in the container, it's worth a pass for what can be donated or sold. Furniture in good condition, working appliances, tools, and household goods all have somewhere better to go than a landfill, and the estate may benefit. We're not going to pretend a dumpster is the right destination for everything in a house someone lived in for forty years.

The weight usually isn't the problem

Household contents are bulky and light. You'll almost certainly fill the container before you reach the 2-ton allowance. Where estates do run heavy is old console televisions, safes, pianos, upright freezers, workshop equipment and accumulated building material in a garage or basement. If those are in the mix, mention them.

What we can't take

Paint and old solvents — very common in an estate garage. Oils, chemicals, pesticides, batteries, tires, and appliances that still contain refrigerant. Medical sharps. These need separate handling and it's better to identify them early than at pickup. Text us a photo if you're unsure.

When you'd rather not do the loading

Plenty of families settling an estate don't want to carry forty years of belongings out of a basement, and there's no reason they should have to. How it works

1. Call, text or book online. Tell us what the project is and roughly what's going in. We'll recommend a size rather than upsell one, and quote you a flat price on the spot.
2. We deliver to your address. Often same or next day. We set boards under the rails on driveway placements and put the container where you're actually working, not just at the top of the drive.
3. Fill it on your schedule. Three days or seven, whichever you booked. Load heavy flat items first and fill the gaps — most people who need a second container filled the first one with air.
4. Tell us you're done. Call or text and we'll pick it up. If you're near the weight allowance, say so and we'll talk through the cheapest way to handle it before we haul.
